Boniface Mwangi discloses the reason he wanted to commit suicide

- His family’s support helped him seek therapy and counseling, preventing him from reaching his decision.
Boniface Mwangi, a human rights activist, claimed that he considered suicide around a month ago.
Mwangi, who was on the front lines of the protest against President Ruto’s government, wrote in a long letter on his page w X that he found himself in profound darkness, with the only alternative in his mind being death.
The former photographer said that he was serious about his decision, having already drafted his will and made a final call to some of his closest friends.
Mwangi stated that the desire to kill himself from the world was motivated by happenings in the country at the time, specifically the bloodshed of young people protesting.
However, he was unable to realize his views since his family became close to him and assisted him in getting treatment and mental counseling.
A month after disappearing from social media, Mwangi has returned with a bang, claiming that he is now in a stable mental state and has experienced a new awakening in life.
“Although I wanted to kill myself, my family and friends gave me a ring of love and compassion that made me reconsider. They forced me to seek professional help and take a medical break to focus on my mental well-being
“That helped center me again. I have a new life now, and I appreciate the great love and support that was given to me by my family during that time when the darkness threatened to overcome us.” He finished.
